Data Jelly comes pre-packaged with the specifications to import and export data from iCIMS's flexible import/export scheduler: - You simply need to match your data fields to the corresponding iCIMS fields, and Data Jelly will handle the rest.
- Import or export candidates, jobs, applicant flow, hiring managers, companies, approvals, and forms from external sources.
As with any integration, Data Jelly uses the on-demand delivery model to simplify the process of integrating with iCIMS: - Upload your files to Data Jelly in any number of formats, including CSV or XML, and Data Jelly will convert them to the proper iCIMS format.
- Send data in any number of convenient ways, including HTTP/HTTPS or FTP/FTPS/SFTP, and Data Jelly will transfer it to iCIMS.
- Schedule exports of data from iCIMS into your format of choice.
